This is a good reminder to not make negative assumptions about yourself. That women at the beginning thought she did something to make her traffic drop so she stopped putting out content, but it was because this was filmed just before the US election and Instagram quietly shut down features to try to control the spread of information. They didn't want a repeat of the accusations against Facebook of influencing the last election, so they screwed over everyone trying to share anything . . . I wonder how many people gave up completely because of that . . .
