Arguably Gary’s greatest video of all time. As a young entrepreneur this gave me hope to keep going, but most importantly to boost my packaging, product quality customer service etc. if you sell something or a service give it your all and provide the most best possible, just watch business improve and expand and build. we actively/passively pay attention to the brand preference, loyalty and affinity of our peers. we value their opinions, over what the brand itself asserts. obviously because the brand has a profit motive and it sounds arrogant. its why OTHERS introduce you/your bio prior to a keynote. its why video testimonials are part of a long copy, online sales letter. we pay attention to Foursquare, checkins, photos and accompanying sentiment. brands should assume every customer is socially active!
