I love the fact that you do videos anywhere at any time.
Any advice for a "player coach" kind of manager? I have found it hard to get work done ( coding ) while at the same time being available as a resource to those around me who ultimately want empty their buckets into mine.
I spend a few hours hours every night getting shit done, and it has served me well because the important people around me notice. But at the same time I want to push the projects forward and need the time to do so.
For a second I thought you were gonna dump that bucket on a random guy and run. Good vid 🙂
