I was losing coats all the time cuz I'm quite absent minded I would lose my coat and my mom would get pissed. She's like what the the matter with you because it would be every time get a coat, take it to school and I'd be like where the my coat it be over and it be over. So then finally I was just like you know what I'm not going to wear coats anymore I don't need them I just never wear a coat so I don't know what the is that.
We have thermoreceptors that are able to detect heat and cold and are found throughout the skin in order to allow sensory reception throughout the body. When you put a kid in a coat every time they go out, it screws with those receptors. If you only put on a coat when you really need it, your body will be much better at regulating your temperature.
I grew up surfing year round so at the worst it gets here, a hoodie is the most I really need 99% of the time.

ME TOO. I’m in Boston, it’s 14 degrees, I hate the cold – but I hate coats even more. So it’s a sweater + hoodie + scarf & mittens at 6am. I have 3 coats but I haven’t worn 2 of them, and the other is always in the car.
I just hate coats.

My daughter did not want to wear a coat and then was out and it conveniently fell into a stream. 😂 I didn’t buy her another one for years. She said it was an accident. But I will never believe it. 😂
