Not the opinion of others that bother me it's the opinion of myself. So are there any strategies for blocking out the negative opinion oneself can have about themselves absolutely either your mother or your father, put that negative opinion about yourself in your head. Once you realize that that's true, then you stop on yourself and realize somebody else made. You do that and you start the process of loving yourself.
We are not born to think we suck it is instilled in the insecurities or negativities of the people around us and by the way this doesn't mean you should hate your parents. They were doing that because that happened to them, but you need to understand that that voice is not in your head.
I like you but I don’t believe that. People are born negative. I have 6 brothers Amd sisters and we are all different. And se were raised the same. It’s who you are
It took 39 years for me to realize that. It's so amazing to figure that out and see others speaking on it like it was meant for me to hear to reinforce and strengthen my resolve
Learn to self love , its hard because you are aware of your own short falls, learn to be kind , know the word compassion and most of all embrace change in your heart. That's my thoughts life is short if you are not growing then you are dying

I used to be worries what people were thinking about my nails – then I stopped, the main motivator was because they were so short – now I'm having beautiful and good looking nails and I'm so so happy 🙂
Very inspiring, Gary! Lots of people need to hear this. It’s hard to battle the negative thoughts we have. We need to remember that we’re worth it and we deserve to love ourselves!

I disagree completely. I was the one who implanted it in my head from the get go. I was obviously not born with it. But I had really really nice parents and all of those "you suck" just come from myself.
I think market is saturated know to create content on bussiness and stuff like SMMA Dropshiping and online bussiness do you agree Gary vee
You wear the most ridiculous hats. I'm not sure if you believe they're hip, or people won't realize your 55 years old by wearing them, but you need a new look ASAP. The disheveled thing that you have going on isn't inspiring.
