You look at influencer marketing. There are millions making a hundred thousand so many of of these markets are winner take all markets on the platform side what do you google facebook tick tock sorry about on the individual side on the individual side the long tail of creators is extremely long it's winner take all if you define success a million dollars. If you define success eighty thousand dollars. It's astonishing and i keep telling a lot of my corporate friends and leaders you're worried about the great resignation.
Wait till. You see the great never applying in the first place. You've got an entire generation of kids growing up on roblox tiktok fortnite. Who are like i could work at ibm or vaynermedia or whatever or i can make 61k doing x.
Y. And z. I'll keep building maybe i get to 200k and it is a blind spot to the establishment at scale and so what we talk about is these kids are entitled they're not entitled they're aware of their options.
Money versus having structure & being an actual good person is a little bit more important than just the dollar amount taking over . I don’t knock the hustle , yet at the same time this is where arrogance & greed of entitlement begins . I’ll always value experience over fast money . When you’re given money too quickly or early on you don’t understand the value of life you just understand only money & that’s where the greed takes over . Consider it being a cheat code & how much easier is the game at that point ? Exactly . Simulation , illusion whatever you want to call it …When you feed into this demographic of being driven of money to show the world you can be extremely successful at a very young age by mostly being a punk , you get money but you end up being beat up as well . Steady wins the race , Philosophy should be more exercised. True understanding will always Trump falling into the materialism trap . Money won’t make you a solid person of characteristics . It makes you a person that can buy things that not everybody can & that’s pretty much about it . Back in the day this was called selling out . The naggling any way you possibly could for the easy way out . So to make all this money so quickly happens because it’s one smarter person outwitting a bunch of dumb people to buy something that’s worthless in exchange to exactly the reason why you see the world becoming the way that it is . It’s a double edge sword in some instances & it all stems from the seed of greediness .
