Today's video is a great conversation I had with @Fabiola Skriver! We discuss why I'm so passionate about mental health, my #1 message to all the life coaches out there, why I've never been scared of gaining followers on social media. why I don't value the opinions of people I don't know, and where true confidence comes from.

yeah it was super hard dealing with mental health issues
17yrs old was 1st time going out i was allowed to with others & played footy & hang with people i was alot more talented then guys i met here & was nice hearing complaiments & seeing people nearly everyday for 3-5yrs
was a high i struggled with for 10+yrs

my common sense wasnt wel developed back then my life experience was bad i wasnt allowed outside or been trained like alot of kids but i was natural better then other kids here
but common sense was real issue of y it took me years to slowly understand my mind better

im gettin better at it 34yrs old now
have a job this year & more direction in what i want & just wana train up more to keep my mind from relapsing it was coz i got injured strains then ankle issues 3mnths struggled to run again

but definitly can be hard going to work being round unstimulated minds especially if u alot more disicpline then others
but im slowly becoming more of a bully confrontin them at times & being a dumb dick thinkin dumb shit like they r at times isnt healthy stayin hard all the time for people who arent talkin to me just being dicks around me
i feel is ok being a dog to peoples faces for me healthy at times i need to wank before work as well so i aint as angry i sometimes wait til fridays or saturdays to wank

but alot of things factor in mental health food & diet & what we do with our time balance is good & keepin fit should help in some way or give u best chance to always be disicpline against other minds
going in for just money alone can be sicking i think some social life is ok or if no social life i think weed can help coz loner u r the more likely u r to have physcosis & schizophrenia i think such stimulants r nice in moderation 12yrs i had to understand myself & others being 2face to me during good times
i knw if i meet alot in future its best not to give to dams about alot of people coz caring can be a problem to if u to hoinest & loyal to others who arent givin back the same thing u r
but im cool to chat to i wont give chances like i did to alooot of losers years ago i use to listen to depression & cool stuff bout me & everything & even copping shit from loner useless guys who couldnt fight in there own country needed me to look after them or play sports as brutal as me i listened to such loners & losers years ago i gave so much chances ended up makin me depressed for 12+yrs
so being honest with who people meet is another i cut them out instantly now its healthy to be honest with urself & others

Thank you Gary for sharing your perspective about mental health and overall well-being.

    It’s true.

    We create our own reality.

Everyone is seeing things differently because there’s so many factors that is always connected to childhood conditioning.

I agree with your thoughts Gary.

Get to the root of the problem and stop treating the symptoms.

    Rip the band-aid.

    And heal the mother wound.

I know it’s easier said than done.

So recently we had two 14 year old kids my sons best friends take their life. We need to open up and SPEAK about mental illness. We break a leg we immediately get help. Our appendix burst we get help right away. We have a heart attack we get help. We have mental illness we hold it in…

    Awareness is everywhere now Gary.
It is a saturated market and now time for people to start taking accountability like you keep preaching.

Working much on retention of a client is selfish and in mental health its like abuse of the vulnerable mind of the patient.
