Talk to me about accountability. Nobody takes responsibility for the action. Everybody wants to blame somebody else exactly. It's just in real life, real life happens and they should have happened. The family with friends, but absolutely everything. If we start taking more accountability and taking a step back and saying what did I have to do with this exactly I could resign from this job I could have maybe not not told that person that and then thus this, like everything, can come back to you always forever.

Speaking facts. You have the most control over your own actions and what you do. Sometimes things can be out of our control, but we can absolutely respond to them in a way that elevates us to the next level.

The shame associated with failure is so insidious it completely blinds people to their power to affect improvement and innovation.
I try to hold up my place in the thing that failed and people try to blame others on my behalf!
I'm like, "Please don't try to undermine my ability to improve."
