To realize that you actually have an unbelievable amount of time to start over. Most people don't realize how realistic and how opportunistic it is. The reality is is that it's zero down the 49ers like we didn't think that when we're 18. right? But it's true.
The biggest piece of advice is understanding that you literally have 50 more years, right?.
If every 49 year old knew how true this was the world would be a much happier place

50 more years??? No way, 20 more sure, plus who is going to work past 75 years
25 more years, who knows how many of those will be healthy
