Without knowing anything, the number one flaw of this organization is every meeting this company has is twice too long with two times too many people in it. I Think: A lot of leaders don't realize how much can be done in seven minutes. Leadership: I Think has a lot to do with time management. Don't make 12-minute meetings one hour meetings.

It's nonsense.

I would like to see what your meetings look like. Cuz our small business meetings once a week takes 1-3 hours.

Lol …. they make meeting with very unexperienced people liders who become liders after few months of work. Doing completly nothing scroling instagram…. the meetings last 1 hour 30 miuts

I avoid meetings like the plague. I always said "let's solve by email" saved everyone in my sphere hundreds of hours. The only meetings that should happen are when people demand, not ask for, your time. There is real fear involved in turning down a meeting, but I know I won't be fired for it, and in the long term that will be recognized.

It's just like Gary's youtube manager know where and how to guilt me every time 🤣, having a bad habit of stretching 10 minute meeting into 1-2 hours meeting. Touche! ⚔

And Thank you for keeping up the quality documentations, been consuming these face-slapping contents since 2015 when I cud only afford to spend 66 cent for a whole day food, and trying to work on my own delusional shit with a banged-up, almost-broken laptop, in a state co-working space for free.
I cannot believe now I'm currently growing and leading a 100 awesome-people company and daily drive an X5 just because I fucking deserve it.

Nothing is Impossible, if we simply believe so, every single morning 🔥🔥🔥

May you all be blessed abundantly, Gary & Team.
