If you have a real understanding of PAC, aka the "platforms" that matter and the relevant conversations going in "culture," you can win with organic growth. It's the creative, my friends .. that's the variable of success in 2023. Stop counting followers and start getting serious about posting on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook and Instagram Reels.

    It's just funny seeing this on YouTube where community is everything.

    Sure we have shorts, and good shorts increase your chances on the main platform, but the golden standard is still long-form content. People come here for psudo-stability. And that's completely driven by community.

    So sure guy…but also not really, at least not here yet. All of these one-hit wonders he's talking about come to YouTube to build their following after they "made it big" on tictoc.

    Hard disagree on this one, having followers allows you to get your reels more viral. You can have great reels, but only have 10k views, vs if you had 100k followers it could go viral.
