Dude I’m the same way, I thought I was alone on that one. It’s all about the feeling it offers to you, the best songs don’t need words to speak; words are a simulacrum of the real thing.
It’s like me honestly. I don’t know street names that are like next to my street. Lyrics to songs, nope. Names, you need to be regularly present in my life for me to remember your name.
Hey Gary, I’m the same, and my memory is bad in some other ways, but intuition and solving complex problems comes naturally.
