Everyone wants to talk about the younger generation being “lazy” .. I think they’ve just finally figured out their options. Flip life, making content, starting a podcast with their friends.. there’s just so much more opportunity for ppl to do stuff they actually care about.
The question for us as business owners is, how will we stand out? A paycheck or fancy job title is no longer enough.. How can you add value?

The reason these 15 to 25 year- olds don't want to come and work for you for 62k or 40K is cuz they can make that much flipping on eBay It's because they can make 100K in brand deals on Tik Tok like that and I'm not talking about Charlie demilio and Logan Paul I'm talking the millions of people that are making 50, 60, 70, 80, $120,000 a year in YouTube AdSense in brand deals on Tik Tok and on Flipping stuff. And so they're not entitled and overs spoiled. Of course some are they're just awake to their Alternatives and many in here would be doing the same thing if we had these options, but we just had Nintendo and a Walkman.
Love Gary s talks.Always learning.
All i had was Nintendo back then, if Twitch and YouTube gaming was there to getting payed to play, i would have decided to become a gamer when i was 10. I wish i was 10 years old in 2023, with a high speed internet.

👍
How do you eBay app how do brand deal on TikTok YouTube star ads coupons
If they were actually paying 62k or 40k. They're not even paying that.
Selling snake oil to kids
Thanks Gary for being a real one I hope everyone finds happiness today
There’s something about suits that makes it all better. reminds me of that bubblegum kid in the incredibles
Many still live with their parents and were never expected and taught to work too.
Not on YouTube from just Adsense. You have long term creators with 2-3 million followers barely getting $80-100 from Adsense now. That’s why they all have giveaways, merch or sponsors every video.
Is it common for 20 year olds to make $100k a year on brand deals and Twitch? I always got the sense that for every 1 person making that… there was another 1000 “wannabes” who didn’t have the drive or talent to do so.
Sending love to everyone ❤
