I think there's an incredibly disgusting Concept in the society that says nice guys finish last I think it's an awful thing as a matter of fact I really need to make a hoodie and start rocking it that says nice guys finish first because I really believe that because I think it's what are you judging like cool. You made 83 million dollars in a bank and you die and nine people show up to your funeral was like that good. I would argue it's not I think it's understanding negativity versus cutting it out. We're all humans I mean I'm gonna go to the Garden tonight and the things I'm gonna say to Jimmy Butler are going to be completely inappropriate though I Love Jimmy Butler It represents so much of what I believe in, but for those three hours I will not be kind.
It's the context. You know, like every human's gonna gossip a little bit or like talk to their best friend in the office about somebody else in the office I Think the question becomes why you know I ask myself: why do I not spend a lot of time tearing down other people It starts with because I'm not tearing down myself.
🤞
I was thinking of this concept a lot today…..
I think the whole "nice guys finish last" idea comes from trying to get what you want.
I think a lot of people fall into this trap of believing that being "nice" is transactional, i.e, I was nice to you, so you owe me something in return. I think that mentality puts you in a position where, as a result, you don't often get what you want and feel dissatisfaction and resentment – which makes you less likely to "win" in future endeavours
By all means, be assertive and step into your destiny, but you can, and should, be nice and humble about it
….. And if you hate the person that rejected you or didn't believe in you, despite how "nice" you were being? Then your not really a nice guy
Flip it even more- what’s if it’s a beautiful concept because “nice guys finish last” only refers to the wrong race. But when speaking about the real race- the nice guys win.
Cuz nice guys finish last is true in gang life, in many of the cultures of corporate ladder, in politics, if your goal is to play women in college, etc.
Make the hoodie, and im wearing it. Mine is a nice guy❤🥰
OMG I totally agree
I think your perception of what the “nice guy” is is completely off. You’re speaking in the context of life & business and the nice guy concept has nothing to do with that. The nice guy is a dating & love life thing exclusively.
I love you man ❤
Tell me where to send it and I'll make you that hoodie the first one is on the house but the thousands we could sell together
I appreciate the challenge of being the nice guy
I’d buy that hoodie
I want to see that hoodie on your next short
Be a man of your word get that hoodie Gary🤙🏽
Married 24 years and I can tell you nice guys do finish last
I thought NFTs are how you win life
The nice guy's finished last business is chilling. Referring to women, not wanting nice guys. And they'll just be your friend. They don't want you as a partner. You're easy They can take advantage of your kindness. Give you nothing in return.
