Sleep is fascinating to me … I wish people understood themselves better and judged themselves less and worried about things they can’t control less and also had a perspective on sleep and rest that was more about how they were executing while awake versus how little they slept … it’s a fascinating topic on not only the allocation of time level but what leads many to not get quality of sleep …make sure you’re balanced and happy!!!

I Just graduated college two months ago I work in nine to five and then I do this almost 30 40 hours a week? Yes, how do I kind of balance that whole social life as well as the grind and the work ethic by not doing this for 30 40 hours a week on weeks that you feel it because it's like I work the nine to five So I come home I eat I hang out and from 11 to four in the morning I'm back working then I sleep for four hours and I just keep that side. Yeah, I Don't think four hours is the greatest number. Everybody's body's a little bit different, but in a week where you feel a little burnt out, it's okay that you don't do it at all. The world's not gonna stop if you don't go that hard.

I'd rather you spend a couple more hours on sleep and a little less time on hanging out. If you're home from 5 30 to 11 before you're working, that's a lot of leisure time with a side hustle that you're cutting it to sleep. I'd rather you hang out for one less hour and get five hours sleep. I'll give you the update next year.

I go to college full time and work full time while also going to the gym for roughly an hour or more and im still able to sleep around 7 hours. I also cook most meals. I find fun in learning and exercising instead of playing video games and watching youtibe for hours like a used to. But it doesnt feel like im working that hard because my definition of whats fun/enjoyable has changed completely. I've always been tired all the time though. Idk whats wrong eith me lmao

Gary is the man and I do love how he expresses get at least another hour of sleep. 4 hrs is bare minimum and not ideal for optimal performance on a daily grind. So much respect for Gary Vee 💜

I used to not prioritise sleep but I realised I was being foolish with time. Sleeping well helps my creativity, cognitive skills and focus
