If you wake up and you feel like man I'm giving giving giving and these four I've been giving aren't returning. Well, you're in control of stopping your giving. People struggle with the concept of giving without expectation even when they say it. and then when I say to friends who are good at giving to a point without expectation.

But then there's across the line where they start to subconsciously or consciously expect I just remind them to not cross that line. So how do you recharge yourself by not crossing the line? Or when I do cross the line by being fully accountable that I cross the line and so I can't be mad at Johnny or Sally or Ricardo I cross the line. True giving, True love, true kindness is genuinely not expecting in return. Having expectations for something in return is fine.

It's just a different version of that that's giving with expectation. and I argue that a lot of people fake give and are manipulating I Think there's so many people that posture people, love to say what they've done on their terms that nobody asked for and then cry about what they didn't get in return.

Unless it’s philanthropy, I can’t NOT cross the line when making content or giving away stuff for free. The reason why many of us even start making content is with the intention of getting a return. Unless one wants to become a content creator (who is posting content for fun just because they are passionate about something, without any expectation), it has to be done strategically and with intent.

there is a caviat to that the giving with expectation is sorted out if at some point you stop actin in alignment with your self if you are not kind at heart at some point it will show

And there’s a difference like reciprocity. Good friendships work that way. You don’t have to keep giving and giving to those who take and take. But giving without expectation of return to someone you may never see again Is awesome and can have a huge impact in that persons life or none at all. But, when you give just because you can. That’s a self improvement for yourself!

Not necessarily, for example I don’t loan my friends money I know they can’t return. If and that’s a big IF I like them I’ll just say “this isn’t a loan, it’s yours” or “I can’t really afford that right now” it’s very simple when your straight forward, be nice to nice people, be decent to rude people🤷🏾‍♂️

Ya, might be a little easier when you have 100M in the bank and a residual income of 10-20m a year. Small sums of Money literally valueless to you. Doesn’t mean that’s the case for those you share and give to tho. And this is why really Welty people should do a live more of it. If only the richest thought about wealth redistribution as a necessity for a functional and prosperous community. When they just think “wow, I’m the chit!, look how amazing and smart and blablabla I am!!” Well the fact is those things played a part, the majority of their wealth came from plain opportunity and luck. I see a path that with little effort I could have accumulated a ton of wealth. Money doesn’t make you a different person if you’re genuine.. only if you’re superficial and narcissistic

I agree with him, but dang, the people who manipulate others into doing what they want
have only had that happen to them
or what he says, they love to cry about it
