i dont know much about wine tasting can someone tell me why hes spitting it out instead of just drinking it?
folks, open the bottle, decant it…let it sit an hour or more…it's 10X better, ever notice that with the 1/2 bottle the next day? Yeah, it needs air to mature to it's full potential…like most things in food/bev

Raymond R, Great wine. Our got-to for a nice steak dinner at home. But this years Vintage that's on the shelves, the 2019 is a bit Jolly Rancher. I still have a soft spot for it so I see what your saying.
I'm drinking more French and Italian wine. I'm putting down quite a bit of Chateauneuf du pape 2015, 2018 these days.
