This is a great discussion on how age is an advantage regardless of how old you are. Awesome discussion!
Good morning
Great content, at 30 I feel like I approached an ever increasing mountain, this gave me hope- all for the modern elder and just as curious as is wise mindset
wow …great stuff…52 and Im not done yet….great to hear you guys feel this out…
Since Covid, I have had a number of friends, who have hit the 60-years and over age group. All of them are downright feeling sorry for themselves because they have been classified as elderly or a vulnerable population. Wow! Really?!
Each morning I listen to a different Youtube that comes across my channel. Most of the time, I am enlightened by the messages and take action. Gary Vee has good points in his videos because I take away a nugget or two.
Chip Conely is amazing with his perspective on aging and his organization: Modern Elder Academy. I am contacting the Modern Elder Academy. I want to be part of this kind of organization.
I encourage you to look past the swearing to the message and listen for the truth.
If you would like to delve in and listen to a longer video with Chip Conley, I suggest his interview with Tom Bilyeu.
You're preaching!
"Success in life is the result of good judgment. Good judgment is usually the result of experience, and experience is usually the result of bad judgement." Tony Robbins
I am so glad Chip reached out to you. Excellent video. This is a topic you have talked about here and here (like why 40 and 50 year olds have an advantage), and I am always looking for more content / thoughts from you (and others) on this topic. I am 52 and I have taught computer classes to people 50 and older who are looking to transition in the work world with more skills. I now focus on business owners over 50 who are new to using Facebook for their business. So many people are NOT looking at 50 as the final stretch towards retirement and those are my people. I look forward to you talking more about this. And totally buying Chip's book.
Hi, I have a question… I’m 16, I am very passionate about proper animal care, especially horses, and the barn where I am at now are not allowing me to follow my passion. I have an opportunity to move to a different barn, however I will have to leave a horse that I have fell in love with and really wish he was mine, so I could bring him with me. Your advice/opinion?
Although alot of people care about age, many of us believe age isn't as much of a factor. Many of us are interested in building from nothing…like NOTHING. No Ivy League network with big money contacts or family/friend with seed money to get you started, motherfuckers who were down & out and still made it building a successful business. True rags to riches stories teach most lessons that will apply to everyone else. Thnx in advance bro! 😎🤙🏽

Great video! Very reassuring video for someone in their 40s
