Company culture is the most important metric when it comes to the business's overall performance. Even one toxic employee can bring down the efficiency of the entire company and can go unscathed because they are a "top-performing employee". The truth is that "top performer" is actually a hidden cost and while it may appear that they are doing better than the others, it's really because their toxicity is bringing down everyone else's performance and if that toxic employee was let go everyone else would be happier and more efficient. Make employee morale the #1 priority of your business and the profits will follow.

Big fan of you. I'm stuck in life working a dead-end job. Went through a lot of legal troubles because of my stupid mistakes. Don't have money to invest only to survive… I never went to college because it was an expense I couldn't afford. I don't have any intentions of going to college because I see no purpose in it by going into ridiculous debt! My question is if you were to start from scratch in 2021 as a 25-year-old what would you do to strive for a financial freedom lifestyle in the long term? Not talking about quick rich guides? Any input will help since I'm figuring out what to do with my life, as I know there are millions out there in the same shoes as I am.
