I love filming 4Ds consultations because it’s a chance for me to dig deeper into all the tactics of building a brand… and a chance for you guys to hear me get tactical for specific businesses.
In this one, I give advice on building a successful franchise brand business, why you should fire your most talented employee, why hiring is all tied into ego for some businesses and how that affects the business negatively on the long term.
Really valuable and in detail session here, hope you enjoy 😉

Catch the growth— as a small business owner, how to make the first deal it's a good question😎
That's right.
He said it's a multi trillion dollar fitness industry based on a simple principle eat right and work out I push my chair out and started doing push-ups and sit-ups leg lifts
Wow! So the main thing everyone knows about crossfit is that everyone gets hurt at crossfit. Makes ya think.
I am working on creating a brand right now as a fun little side gig. I am taking everything GV is saying to these guys trying to make these big businesses and applying it to my fun little POD project.
Currently working on my products and listening to this as I'm interested in building my brand for my business. It's awesome listing to Gary but a little hard when a five year old daughter gets up early and hears all that swearing. I know it's Gary's nature and I'm no 👼 when it comes to swearing lol. Keep up the awesome work Gary!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
oh thats that fucking foundr guy
“You can’t build a reputation on what you are going to do.”
~ Henry Ford
Love you bro!!
If you did personal brand I'd run away. I don't like your tone of voice and expressions. They are offensive. You are also very patronizing. I really dislike this.
Knowledge bombs
Everything is saturated. But also what do consider a successful brand?
I think its fascinating the way Gary's mind thinks – there is no problem too big to get over. I have been listening a lot to what Gary has to say lately and every piece on content weather on you tube , linkedin or podcasts – you cant help but admit her knows whats hes talking about!
I only have one question that I haven't seen or heard him answer. I hope to meet him one day to ask this myself – Have you ever been wrong on a business decision and had no choice but to hold your hands up and say I was wrong? If so please tell 😀
Everyone is trying to build a successful brand nowadays. What to do you think people can do to stand out and be successful in saturated markets?
