I think we should replace the notion of “ I am having a bad day “ with “ I am having bad emotions “ .. and those bad emotions usually come from external factors which are out of our control .. What’s in our control is our reactions to them .. Don’t let these bad emotions linger longer than necessary .. Because if you do , they will turn into bad weeks and eventually bad months .. Instead , create a different self in your head , call it your future-self who is better than your current-self in every possible area of your life ; wealth , health , relationships and have constant dialogues with your future-self , and aspire to be that self rather than get bogged down on life’s unnecessary worries that mean nothing and will seem so insignificant to you in the future … Food for thought ..
