Please.. Please do not look at your life at 40 - 60 and think that now is the time to settle down and retire.. Of all times, now is probably the most practical time to start that business that you've always wanted to start; the kids are probably out of the house (or close) and you have so much extra time on your hands. Please understand that you still have half of your life in front of you.

@Garyvee is right. I’m doing it with my wife. We’ve built a multi-million £/$ business together from mid 40’s to 50. We’re going to keep building.

I’ve always thought first 10 years were being a kid, learning basics. Teens are learning higher, socialising, consumption. So 20-50 are productive years. Just 30 years. Soo next 30, if health is good, should be similar or better! Let’s go!!!

I miss old Gary Vee. Damn. 2017-2018, I really appreciate him so much because I was in such a dark place at a racist job, devaluing myself. I made a bold decision to leave, and the rest is history. Completely dominated on so many levels and I'm absolutely grateful for it.

Great message, Gary. I started doing Talking Albums videos on YouTube a few months ago – out of my love of music and talking to people. Still early days, but I love it. Oh, and I'm 65.

I like this Gary, now youre talking sense, whilst you have no idea what it feels like to be 50 or 60 in a digital world, or what it feels like to put kids through university.. you do acknowledge that you were lucky.. lucky to be born to parent who let you be and gave you a start on the shop floor thats good training and that you are in the best city in the world to make it NYC or better new jersey, I have that same DNA and have fought my way through all the nonsense time and time again and Im doing it again. The fact that you acknowledge that some people never get that break, that makes me respect you more. we dont live in an equalworld, whatever public speakers like to tell us. belief in yourself is the key, and without it.. nothing can happen. well done keep motivating this is good stuff. D
