Man this interview hits home hard for me. I give so much of myself sometimes to others then sub-concioisly resent the people I give so much of my energy too. It’s a vicious cycle but thru self awareness and catching it I can get past that. Real talk like Gary says if you can’t be happy with you as a person you can’t be the best person for anyone else.
