I learned a lot from this. Been saving money for the past 3 years, this made realized that I don't really need a big place to start for my first home purchase. I just have to continue being discipline with my financials and live below my budget. Thanks Gary!

Thought I was fancy at 24 and bought a big house that I always wanted. Just sold it to free up time and be in a better location to be in the game
