Gary I would love it if all your episodes were like this. I enjoy the hustle but I LOVE the teaching. I love learning from a real leader you just helped my business with this video in a very big way.

Love these videos since I'm a quite new sub… this shows you actually stayed the same and got to the point where you're at by being you 👌🏻

Garyvee is the sole reason why I incorporated vlogging into my channel's main thing – Storytelling through Music
Originally i wanted to vlog inspite of the fact that I'm doing a music channel basically, but listened too much to how to videos and articles saying you have to specialize. So I dropped the idea of vlogging, just focus on music you know. Then Gary came into the picture 😀🤘
Now I'm doing vlogs, more video material for my music and I'm having the best time ever!!! Tough, but awesome 👍👍👍
    Thanks for garyvee 🤘

This is the best black & white advice about HR for a long time from Garyvee!

  9. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars SoulfulDotNL says:

    To summarize:

    – you cannot rely on everyone all of the time, people can change based on their life circumstances, there are just too many variables
    – scaling means having it be ok that people are a 6/7 at their work compared to how you would do it yourself
    – don't micromanage, focus on your own core strengths and skills
    – let your people know what you care about and communicate it as being a deal breaker if they don't care about that
    – go all in with your core 5 or so people, go to dinner with them, get to know them
    – its about who you fire, less about who you hire

This was like $10.000 advice from a top CEO condensed in a few minutes, so fucking valuable. He gave this away for free guys….

  10. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Hambre de Saber says:

Damm, this was strong. I totally agree on the importance of relationships, through them a company can survive the hard times.

  11. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Leo Eckl - Der Abitur-Coach says:

Just posted a Video named "The 5 Lessons Garyvee Taught Me" in case you are interested!

  12. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Cory Shea says:

I have a hunch Gary intentionally broke himself the habit of saying "frankly" and "quite frankly". At the 30 second mark I feel like he stops himself from saying it. Any truth to this GV?

  13. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Vince Fannon says:

These are gems……even better than DailyV!

  14. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Matt Jones says:

Candid advice. Brilliant. Worth watching for owners, managers, founders, leaders.
