You talk as if Glassdoor is this horrible negative entity because of negative feedbacks of working for your company when it's very common to see positive reviews for most other companies. So when you see mostly negative reviews of your company, instead of throwing shades at Glassdoor all the time, you should really look a closer look at your own company and find out what's really making people upset
