Good managers are persistent, bold and confident in their communication skills. A good manager creates a connection with their employees, and importantly, their ability to connect with others.
Loved how you showed the TeamGaryVee brainstorm session and meeting at the end. Really liked the idea of breaking the routine and splitting the teams into groups of 3 and making the best video into a competition. Interesting idea!
