I just love that history. Reminds me how my father used to work almost 30 years ago. He used to send random christmas baskets with all that stuff (wine, candies cans, cakes) to clients. Hard times, good times…

You're right about so much of this. As I've gotten older I find that I'm happier and more optimistic. So many of our contemporaries in the world of marketing are just so cynical and bitter and many plaster on a smile. But our actions day in and day out show you who we really are and our intentions.
Gary, if you could include more of these short "Case Study" stories that are under 5 minutes that would be great. I get more out of these than anything. The old school, "Free shipping at Christmas marketing test with billboards, print and social media" is a classic that I tell people, that doubt the power of genuine social media, all the time.
