No one will ever be perfect in how they say something but having the guts to say that and give the opportunity to be challenged and to rectify the situation is WELL COOL!!!
That ended way to quick….was just getting into it.
You have one major issue about your expression. Never ending sentences. jumping from first to second etc and never end the present thought. Irritaring to listen. And didnt change anything from the start. Also too much terms as fucking in front of the audience. Annoying.
Folks worried about diversity need to understand this is not his whole company… he employs hundreds of people…
Gary, I highly recommend you check out Sasha Daygame. You two could work really well together!
why was the swearing bleeped out?
Gary what's up? You seem to have everything, except some diversity on your team. What's that about, because I know it's intentional ( no way you can miss that )
not one black person on his staff ?
This is an absolutely amazing piece of content to share with people Gary. Even though it's a 1 minute video I think I just learned a whole lot about a great company looks like.
Gary I think there's no question that if you're able to pull this off successfully, you will absolutely change the game. The biggest concern is always going to be the true intent of the people working there. If youall hire correctly, find really great people with good hearts, you shouldn't run into any issues. Even now I look at the company you have and the culture that you guys talk about and live, I see it on Snapchat, I see on Instagram, I see your people sharing information on Twitter and this is the culture and the community that is amazing. Thank you so much for sharing this for having so many eyes on this, This could be the catalyst for people to actually change their mindsets and the way they operate businesses. The days of dictatorship are over, it has to be about community because society is more about community. Everybody has something to offer it if we can get all the great ideas together, we are unstoppable
MY COMMENTS ON THIS VIDEO: 90% of bosses who say this don't actually mean it, they just say it to comfort not only their staff in the short term, but to comfort themselves thinking that they're building culture when they're really building ego. Most the problems in the office stem from poor leadership/communication skills. That plus a ping pong table in the office. If you want to be a leader, actually lead, don't use bread and circuses tactics. Also, Gary, where is the magenta t shirt? What's with the sweater? It's July, how sweaty are your armpits in that thing?
I'll be using this clip in my company. Thank you.
Go gary vaynerchuk, on fire!
This should be a corporate training video on working with people.
