Gary Vaynerchuk builds businesses. Fresh out of college he took his family wine business and grew it from a $3M to a $60M business in just five years. Now he runs VaynerMedia, one of the world's hottest digital agencies. Along the way he became a prolific angel investor and venture capitalist, investing in companies like Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Uber, and Birchbox before eventually co-founding VaynerRSE, a $25M angel fund.

3 things i found that helped me:
1) discipline your thoughts – watch your thought-pattern, practice gratitude everyday and meditate (relaxation and focus)
2) Seek discomfort – attack your fears
3) Be around positive, loving people

Intense. Straight through the heart. Thank you.
Great regret story.
Hey Gary quick question, but first let me preface this question with letting you know that I am also working for my families business and will take control of it within the next couple years (before I am 30), but my question is how do you feel about rebranding or giving a company a facelift? Is it something you should do sooner and let people know that you have a different vision of where the company could be?
This is amazing, thanks man!
Awesome
