That kind of over the type Gary style energy, bigger than life personally is great for business, especially in social media world of today. Because it pulls people on your side, you overpower them to influence them. However, when you need to listen to someone problem that and respond and its not about business, like in personal/romantic relationship or parent/child relationship the rules are in reverse. Obviously Gary works in business mode 24/7 but I wonder how it works in personal mode. My guess is that unless he is able to switch it to another mode at will, its not a benefit to a family man. And if family is number one priority to someone who just by their genes does not have such over the type personality. That what advice would you give Gary? My approach usually is not about overpowering with energy, but rather focusing on what is great in the person. Because that is another way to influence someone. No everyone is Gary, and Gary is not everyone, so this advice only works for people like Gary, doesn't it? For rest of us other approaches work much better.
Awesome answer!
Yeah… Im different! Love that!!!!
we know you are….
Awesome individual answer video Gary, I think thats the best thing to do, and something I think you don't want to force.
I would think when people first meet Gary he makes them nervous as f@ck because his energy is high and he doesn't bs when he speaks and that makes people nervous. Most people have multiple faces of who they are and what they are about and they adapt based on who you are and what they need from you. Abrupt honesty scares people because they aren't faced with it often.
Great answer Gary!
