It blows me away, every time I talk to one of my suppliers I ask them why they are not on Instagram. I had one tell me the other day he was going to "this weekend" I told him it takes all of 30 seconds and he should do it NOW! But like you said, these guys don't really care like I do.

Gary – love the work by D Rock & Stephon with the short highlight clips. I like you throwing together pieces from old episodes. The title overlay on the videos makes it so difficult not to watch even though I know I've already seen the segments!!! Can't get enough GaryVEE.

As a community manager (especially starting off working with multiple small businesses), it was/is SUCH a hard time to convince individuals at companies that they NEED a social/digital team and/or individual community manager. Gary, as much as you talk about being able to scale relationships and track the actual engagement, etc.; it's still extremely hard to convince people that social media is a HUGE part of their brand/business/future success. BUT, alas, thankfully there are people like you (and myself, I believe) that understand how IMPORTANT the relationships are that can be discovered, built, and nurtured via social media. The better relationship a business/brand has with someone, the more likely that someone is to spend their money for/on that business. Simple. Cool post here!
