The problem isn't millennials. Every 50 year old doctor, dentist, and lawyer is happy to throw $20,000 checks around because they read about Uber and they have some money to spend. The times are just too good in tech.
This is generation is the single largest collection of FAKE entrepreneurs of all time. People still don't understand the level of time and commitment it takes to truly live on your own terms.
Gary Vaynerchuk builds businesses. Fresh out of college he took his family wine business and grew it from a $3M to a $60M business in just five years. Now he runs VaynerMedia, one of the world's hottest digital agencies. Along the way he became a prolific angel investor and venture capitalist, investing in companies like Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Uber, and Birchbox before eventually co-founding VaynerRSE, a $25M angel fund.
The #AskGaryVee Show is Gary's way of providing as much value value as possible by taking your questions about social media, entrepreneurship, startups, and family businesses and giving you his answers based on a lifetime of building successful, multi-million dollar companies.
Gary is also a prolific public speaker, delivering keynotes at events like Le Web, and SXSW, which you can watch right here on this channel.

I came here after garyvee's first search engine
the last dude is so typical. i get the impression that he already judges the "millennials" before they even get a chance. That's why there is a communication issue – he isn't listening.
That last guy was making no sense at all. And definitely didn't sell that much in revenue. Imagine him coming up to you trying to sell you something. Unless he is something other than sales. But then he obvious isn't making $40M for that company
King Gary with that tough love.
I have a 15 year old daughter and she confirmed that she is on Snapchat pretty much all evening. She is also on Hulu and/or Netflix at the same time.
Gary V! You always get me pumped up!
Gary is such a gift to entrepreneurs and the world at large.
Awesome, Gary!
had an aha moment. . . ty Gary
Gary is dead right about Snap Chat. Take it from the father of 16 and 12 year old daughters. When I drive my 16 year old and her friends places their faces are buried in their phones on Snap Chat for the entire drive.
I've been a fan of Gary for a while, but this was some of his best shit!
Decent interview. Still gotta start hitting garage/yard sales.
Serious douche bag at the end. What's with all these people trying to metaphorically stand on stage and prove that "Gary and me are the same" let's teach the rest of the world that we are the same and have the same problems. Screw Gary V and his hustle – you are not him! Do you and ask a genuine question! "40 million – geez, why don't you just hold up a sign that says "I make millions but people still think I'm a douchebag" lol….
