BOOM! I think this applies to any size business whether you have one Virtual Assistant or hundreds of staff. It's a huge gap in business culture that will hopefully change over time.
Thanks for bringing the goods.
I love this because that's the kind of leader and executive I want to be. I want to listen and absorb more than I talk. I love learning from people so that's one of the values I think that I will get most from being an entrepreneur. I get to do a lot of interaction and listening which will enable me to be clearer throughout the process of decision making. I couldn't agree more.
Beep that beep.. xD
Great Tips Gary – as leaders we constantly need to be reminded that continuing to develop our listening skills can be the secret weapon in overall team production.

best boss ever.
I think india is pretty π
that beep is annoying
An excellent example of a leader. This will be one of the templates that I use to mold myself as a leader as I grow my business.
Great answer *****, mainly because you're totally aware about people changing their lives, ideas of future, priorities and so on. Can't say majority, but lots and lots of managers don't recognize this "simple" fact.
This was probably my favorite post you've done, Gary, and I've loved so many of them! Totally aligned with your philosophy, wisdom and passion. Everyone should have a leader like you on their team.
