I do a job I love but after 8-9 hours I have to push myself and it starts to feel like work. I have to work about 10-13 hours a day typically and I find the last couple of hours to be a real grind. Love most of them though.

interesting.. I think the point here is if what are doing is driven by love, you don't burn out (as I'm mostly reading in the comments). I am nobody but I agree.
Love is driving you, YOU aren't driving you. There is always an infinite abundance to love in world, but there is also always a limited you. As I'm saying this I'm literally telling myself the same. To stop driving myself in what I'm doing and rather allow love to drive me. A very curious feeling that I've been sitting with for a few days and haven't understood until now. haha crazy life x

The question wasn't answered and this is important. I am recovering from adrenal fatigue and other health issues caused by the high stress of being an entrepreneur and holding a job simultaneously for many years. My doctor is constantly on me about getting 7 hours of sleep, that 7 hours will help a lot of my health issues. But it's impossible for me to get 7 hours of sleep. ilI have to find a way because without me, there's no business. So here's the answer – get the sleep, eat clean (I'm on an autoimmune protocol diet) and take adaptogenic herbs like ginseng. Sleep is the biggest part.

Loving this. Passion is definitely a key component. It pulls energy out that you didn't think you had. It's how I keep working. I can see the bigger goal. And that bigger goal excites me.

You somewhat avoided his question.  I think he wants to know how he can work as much as you without burning himself out.  What's the best number of hours of sleep? When do you rest?  Do you eat well and how much time out of your day do you spend on meals?  Loving it or not, you'll be eventually become burnt out if you're only sleeping four hours a night.

If this is a successful man's way of "don't tell everyone your secrets" kind of thing, I understand, but the question wasn't really answered and more value would be given doing so.

Haha nice deflate inception! As a Huge Patriots fan, I appreciate the jab but make no mistake we will right hook you twice this season Gary V! Keep up the show! As an upcoming, struggling, hustling entrepreneur it does wonders to keep me motivate and on track.
