Q: What do you consider more valuable: Enthusiasm or Action?
A: The truth is BOTH. I know tons of people with massive enthusiasm, and they can't execute anything. On the flipside, I know people who can execute A+ on all their papers, but without that passion, and that bravado, they're only able to get limited return on that execution. So for me, I'm probably 60/40 on action / enthusiasm. I'm way more proud of my execution skills. All this charisma is great but it hides the fact that I've been executing since I was 4. Heck, maybe I'm 65/35 or even 70/30

Yeah why not both, totally agree. I think they go perfectly hand in hand.
