Question: What's the biggest lesson you've learned this year?
Answer: By far, the biggest thing I've learned this year is that prioritizing my health is a really good idea. I feel like a completely different person and although it's still early days for me, I can already feel what kind of affect it's had on so many different facets of my life.

Love the advice..
Looking great. Congrats!
just turned 21, realizing a lot of things, and health is definitely a big one for me going into 2015, too often we fall victim to unhealthy mindsets that form from our environments upbringings, and often what we eat / how we take care of our bodies
planning to start early with my own awareness & share that with others as i learn more
yes, you are looking fab!!!!!!
Totally agree. I have been so consumed by my business, part-time job, and finishing up school. I have not been able to prioritize my heath and work/life balance as well as I would like.
I used to be ALL about working out, going to the gym, but since I have set off on this journey, I haven't been able to get back into the same rhythm as I had before I started working-this hard. Definitely something I am looking to improve upon.
