**SORRY ABOUT THE SOUND** There was a problem with the mic, and we didn't realize it until it was too late. Still, I'd rather get you an episode with imperfect sound than not get you an episode at all! And it's only really bad at the beginning and the end.
In this episode, I debate the definition of the word expert, I talk about why I get paid so much to speak at events, and I dig deep into one of my absolute favorite topics: Company culture. Who controls it? How do you change it? What do you do if it sucks? Find out in today's episode.

Love coming back through and looking at this in 2020 so many key pieces were on in the early days.. didn't remember that Snapchat was this early.. and love that you started talking documenting back then… it has been such a key pillar for you.. and for your audience..
Jerry Jones needs to watch this.
Every comment I was going to make was already in the comment section! I guess that's what happens when you come to the party 5 years late.

I like the spin on what an expert is. Puts it into perspective, never thought to think of it as subjective, even though it really is.
Document over create. Mannnn
Gary if you filmed this show underwater I would still try to listen. Fuck the sound.
I heard it said you can read 5 books on a specific subject and you could be considered an expert compared to the average person on that subject. Keep them coming brother!
Love advice about leadership what about when it's the only other competition but have been around forever. Started this co because they are not there for the industry
My favorite part in this video is that culture change comes from the top. Any problem in the company is the leaders fought. I truly believe this in the company I run. Looking at your company's issues from this lens is empowering and cuts out the blame game.
