Every time I need some encouragement I just watch Gary videos
I struggled with not feeling beautiful enough to be on camera for a longggg time.
Until a member Lewis Howes's school of greatness team told me to just make my first video.
As soon as I uploaded that video, someone commented and said my mouth was very big.
Instead of closing in and letting him win, I asked him what he had to do with the size of his own mouth. And them I blocked 🚫 him !!!
Now people are spending so much on buttocks to get big 💋 lip
I have gone on to record over 50 videos already… with over 1000 subscribers.

At 60 I've had people on the street comment, students in a class comment, other teachers comment, family comment, bosses comment all negatively…it's in the world. It sucks, and I am sensitive. But, I think feeling sorry for these negative people is a great answer. My idea: I think we're ALL going to die, the world is not forever- so, I don't want to waste my LIMITED TIME on someone's wasteful comments. I may feel the sting, but try to double down on my happiness and peace. This young woman can start to let go- because I am trying to let go of the lie in the world- be happy in your own skin, it's just skin. YOU are the spirit, the ideas, the big heart the work you do, the kindness….you are more than just skin.

This is the third video from Gary I've watched about dealing with haters, and I feel so so so grateful for his insight, been dealing with a very aggressive NFT hater on my instagram and putting it into perspective where they are at to leave comments like that has helped relieve so much anxiety. It takes so much courage to put ourselves out there, so much vulnerability, but the rewards are connecting and helping other people and inspiring so many others to express themselves. Big thanks to Gary and Michelle for this conversation!

Any mean thing that’s said to you or about you, just remember that every single person to post things ever has had people say mean things in their comments section. So it’s not even personal if it happens to 100% of people 😂
The best thing about Gary is how much positivity he projects on his subscribers. I wish I could have at least 5 percent of that!
