I wonder if Gary still reads every comment?
5 minutes in nothing on the topic
You cant give the woman a mike what the hell is wrong with you
I'm currently micromanaging the process to scale what I do. Yes, it's a kind of juxtaposition. But looking forward to seeing the results.
P.S. I love your 5 min meetings. And the fact that you said you don't consume content but you mentioned following and commenting on staff. It shows your intent (word of the day for you) but also the higher purpose of doing so.
Great advice on focusing on what matters and then delegating appropriately!
i guess i micromanage my exercise if anything since i make an effort to walk everyday and lift/do bodyweight exercises like pushups but thats it i think
I micromanage my health. Sport, eat clean, sleep smart, work smart and obsesse it. This way I bring everything to a next level and I am still able to grind when I am old but looking young. Long-term thinking
Balancing micromanagement and delegation. Never thought of it like that. Thanks, Gary! the one thing I always micromanage is the content of my Youtube videos.
Sales
The thing I micromanage the most right now is the launch of my company's revised Code of Ethics. The new Code reflects who we are and who we want to be, and will serve as the foundation of our culture. It will speak to the "clouds" (values) and the "dirt" (dos and don'ts).
I micromanage training because I believe it is the most important thing for someone to start off on the right foot and become successful.
QOTD: I spend a lot of time micromanaging time…probably need to figure that one out
Being myself is something I micromanage
