Gary Vaynerchuk builds businesses. Fresh out of college he took his family wine business and grew it from a $3M to a $60M business in just five years. Now he runs VaynerMedia, one of the world's hottest digital agencies. Along the way he became a prolific angel investor and venture capitalist, investing in companies like Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Uber, and Birchbox before eventually co-founding VaynerRSE, a $25M angel fund.
The #AskGaryVee Show is Gary's way of providing as much value value as possible by taking your questions about social media, entrepreneurship, startups, and family businesses and giving you his answers based on a lifetime of building successful, multi-million dollar companies.
Gary is also a prolific public speaker, delivering keynotes at events like Le Web, and SXSW, which you can watch right here on this channel.

F … YOU Gary – you grayt
Iโm still yet to ever direct message someone on Twitter. I need to step up my โright hookโ game.
That it's ok to live in the juxtaposition of ego and humility.
Lol I wonder how many people got sick from those book signings๐ท
I think the ability to be happy by yourself is paramount to long term success. It gives you time to reflect and focus on your #1 – you. It's hard to get to, but it's the most liberating feeling.
I've learned to love being by myself as much as I love being on stage performing, teaching, and being around others. It's also led me to discover that I don't NEED to be around people, garnering their attention and approval. I think this helped my current and future relationships become stronger and more meaningful.
+1 for poop and shower time; just don't combine the two. ๐ฉ
that my life is good, that I can make it better.
QOTD: I've learnt that at my core, I'm a storyteller.
Nice. After 187 shows India finally feels comfortable
That I have all that it takes to make it big
Hey Gary, thank you for posting! Could be just me, but the answer to the first question seemed a bit vague and rantish. Could you clarify a bit? How'd you scale so quickly? I understand the HR part, but not the first part so much.
That I really want to be my own boss
