Baseball is a dying sport and it is their own fault. It's no surprise that kids today are more interested in Fortnite players than baseball players, solely based on distribution and availability to the content. Making decisions strictly for short term gains is the worst thing you can do for the longevity of a business.

I would have like a little more specific examples of practices that the "baseball mafia" use that have resulted in more people in the US knowing Stef Curry and Patrick Mahomes over Mike Trout….

Collective Bargaining is up after this year (2021) and both sides are far apart amongst the top two issues the players want each team to have a budget no less than $100 million for salaries, teams like the A's, Pirates, Royals, Reds, to name a few will not agree to such a proposal and by any stretch. The players are asking for retro active back pay from the 102 games they didn't play in the 60 game 2020 season, Some think the 2022 season could be canceled just on these two issues.

Cricket is much better than Baseball.

Good Bowling (Pitching) in Cricket is fun to watch and not boring and appreciated by many. In Cricket every ball has its story and in every ball something happens. Cricket is above to Baseball in every aspect.

Here are my suggestions that I believe would improve baseball:
    – End the regular season schedule on the last week of August
    – 16 team playoffs starting on the first week of September. 7 games series in each round, just like the NBA and NHL
    – Reduce the number of innings from 9 to 7

The game had changed coaches ain't coaching no more they're laying back and waiting for someone hit long ball. There no hit n run, sealing bases, squeeze play. Dam i miss Billy's Ball. Ricky's, Vince, sealing bases Wally Beckman drag bunt. Dam I am tried seeing base loaded no man out and nobody's score and 1st n 3rd with no out…..coaches allowing 8th and 9th swing bat ( K, then double play)

Lets be real…NOT ENOUGH AMERICAN BLACK PLAYERS! They gave the game some flare. All of the great black baseball players are retired or passed on. Now its nothing but a bunch of brads, chads & latin americans. BORING!!

to many foreigners …baseball becoming niche in america

    Fortnite sucks now lmao

  14. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars John Hamilton's Urban Legends and Trivia says:

Baseball is not a dying sport. It is the second grossing sport in the entire world. NFL – 11 billion, MLB – 9 billion, NBA – 6 billion, Premier League – 5 billion, NHL 4 billion. Baseball still completely dominates NASCAR and XGames and other 'cooler' sports.

  15. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars PlainBagel says:

MLS right now might soon chew away that American family that goes out on summer days
