'm afraid what are we doing to our young people no no stop over we we're not doing jack. This is what's happening. There's no we are this is the reality of human evolution. How can i stop feeling insecure about myself online.

Why do i feel like everyone online hates. Me how do i keep my child safe from the dangers of the internet. What can i do to protect myself don't want to get posted what advice are you telling your kids about the internet. Okay you know what though gary you're a dad what are you gonna do when your daughter is 14.

And she's locked in her room desperate to make selfies and videos that people care about when she walks out of room. And says. No one likes me in this world. I think about this a lot.

This is my number one thing that i'm most passionate about period in the end the world number one way to protect the child is to build their self esteem. Guess what you suck at a ton of good. So does everybody else you're also probably pretty rad at something try as many things as possible until you figure out what you're rad at and you like and go do that for the rest of your life. Most of all what i care about is trying to have a conversation around self esteem.

Eliminating envy completely tuning out the judgment of others who have no context on your actual truth and trying to find a way to live within the means of your reality. I actually fear kids that are really good at school or really good looking. I'm being serious because their entire framework from the world is getting affirmation from those two things so the very attractive when they start hitting that 40s 50s 60s 70s go into some very dark places because if the world has been telling you this is why you're good you're like like like right your number one responsibility. If you care about somebody underneath.

You whether that's your child. Or your student or your teammate. Or whatever your number one responsibility is to understand what you're affirming. What we cheer for for our children become their framework.

If we cheer that they're so good looking they start to find value in their looks and become vulnerable in their 50s and 60s and 70s and 80s. If we cheer for their sports acumen and like they're going to be a pro and then they're not they're lost at 22. When a child is not insecure. They don't succumb to danger.

If you make her confident in who she is that she's amazing. The way she is she will not succumb to other people and that is how she will navigate ultimately. I believe the biggest miss in the world is people focusing on things that don't matter and underestimating. The things that matter focusing on the things that matter.

Most and building up self esteem around that and then suffocating and muting. The stuff society values. Because in reality long term. It doesn't matter as much we are strong as we're really strong we're just being sold that we're not because there's a lot of money in telling us that we're not pretty enough thin enough smart enough good enough that i want to tell you you're the best go do.

i agree with u on protecting ourselfs from feeling down

but not that i was trainned that way
i was just exposed to things so i had to build alittle within myself that im have to take care of myself one day + common sense took me awhile to have some at least im now 34yrs old
only starting to know how to look for job & work normal & think & be more angry havin more conciousness to emotions of my own i was taught not to show any isnt a healthy thing nor 1 i wana be strong bout at least selective on what i share & think bout
im not social confident but more confident bout myself doing things by myself now
exposure to world helped me grow
    still learning tho

anyways for sure if i had a kid
id build its self estem so many arent strong to shut out society expectations
it would definitly have to be exposed to world 1-2yrs old school & alot of activites & letting them speak & showing them i have confidence in them
definitly train them to think bout themselfs more internal knowledge & looking at external things at young age like u at young age u were hustling i think hearing critisum & minor set backs at young age wil build kids self estem quite fast
i wasnt even allowed to go to park till i was 18yrs old & moved to australia had over protective parents which made me extremely dumb in the end coz i wasnt taught anything just quiet but have made some progress i c a big self estem in myself within 2-4yrs i should c something solid

& if i made a school in future id definitly hire intelligent teachers teaching honest things graduate at 12-13 i think is age kids should stop & start workin
some kids r clever if u listen to what some know & there problem solving at a young age is quite intelligent
im 100% sure if i raised my kid with money & such in future my kid would be eligable to work at 8-12yrs old id wana have money before i have a kid tho so i can use it to give it what it needs & kinda protect it from such self estem with super low iq cant be helped or spoken to
so at least move to better areas in future as well but definitly some defects we have can make us insecure hard not to feel that way at times especially when others point out such insecurities
i learned how to be upset at others & being honest bout friendship & myself respect & just makin my own decisons independently & problem solve slowly & consume & learn tasks ive improved from being exposed to alot

just like a dog as a pet as well with humans u can c the amount of effort & care that was put into there kids with self estem & what theyve been exposed to u get sense of idea of up bringing when u meet parents & have spent time 2gthr

coz if u dont love urself & u need others to feel special ur in trouble
ive seen so many sucide cases of people even some elite people some definitly a effected by bullyin not sure y some care ive seen so many hot women & men commit due to silly reasons sometimes its allowing others opioion to matter
internal education is needed & important

internets great for findin messed up stories to help u believe in urself as well
    guys like uz
who fought through it & did something something nice in havin net
i had to find most messed up stories at 1 point not that my life is the same but to help my self belief
guys like u being a imogrant from russia have heard how scary things bout russia & ur broken english & such
50cent as well shot 9 times & dan pena

its hard tho i can c y so many cant make it u gotta be so hard for money & such success

but my self estem is buildin ok for future

    definitly needs awareness
or those with self estem selfs should wear dog collars that zap that everytime they are rude or negative to someone lol

    but i like this one
    solid stuff

We are just being sold that we are not good enough, because there is a lot of money involved. In Paid – Coaching's, mentoring, beauty tips, ect.
(Words only he could saw, without including himself, I guess. so many paid gurus in the internet, a place designed to be source of any info with only one payment, DATA charges.)

I just came to terms with the fact that building my self-esteem is going to be a battle. I'm going to work really hard on building my self-esteem, this is no way to function throughout life, at 27 I had to admit to myself that I am way too cynical and depressed. keep being the light I'll see you on the other side.

Haters are people who hate themselves for whatever reason. They're angry and envious of the world because they have already lost. Ignore them and keep winning.

If you’re reading this and you say “hey guys” “what’s up guys”, stop saying “guys” and talk more singular. I’ve noticed my viewers actually think I’m talking to them personally instead of sounding like I’m speaking to a group/classroom!! Learned from Gary!

Awesome message thanks Gary! I also share this rule theory with others so they can just expect haters: The Rule of Thirds: 1/3rd will love you, 1/3rd will hate you for no good reason, 1/3rd don't care either way. Focus on those who love you and ignore/block/delete the haters.
