Nah man bad advice. We will see in the future If youโll get disease that is hard to go away. If we are talking about health is wealth your emotional wellbeing is VERY important maybe not To you sir but I have a stamina too. There is a difference between being very rude and being difficultโฆ

Bad advice
If u value the customer more than the workers , u won't have workers anymore and ur business will be over , and same thing goes if u value ur workers more than the customer , there needs to be a balance , Like you shouldn't let the customer harass or bully your workers and you shouldn't let your workers ignore or talk trash to the customers
As a possible future Business Owner i will have zero tolerance to customers that bully and harass my workers , everything should have a limit , for rude or dissapointed customers we will try to deescalate the situation respectfully and calm , but when it comes to bully and harassment that's where the limit is
The client doesnโt pay you extra if they misbehave and it is taxing on you, the worker. I say fire them into the sun immediately.
