This is some that all of you are struggling with with somebody that's been in the trenches of working in businesses since I was 14. This right here is a struggle. People struggle with forgiveness at their own expense. I Have way too many friends, relatives, close business acquaintances that are terrible at this like one strike policies and they carve out people because of their own insecurities and weaknesses, their own fears, their own hurt, their own softness.

They don't have the capacity to forgive. Meanwhile, the capacity for forgiving is one of the most important traits. Finding your own happiness, hurting the other person, you're hurting yourself? please. This video can be a monster for so many.

it could be a monster for so many. Please understand this: A colleague, a relative, a friend. Get your forgiveness up and watch you smile a lot more.

forgiveness is like rain or sun. sometimes you need it, sometimes you don't. sometimes someone needs it, sometimes he/she doesn't. but it's true some people need a lot more. I need a touch more.

I like how you pretend to know what all of us are struggling with. That crown is going to break your neck one day.

Forgiveness is bliss! I believed the lie that I had to "work through" stuff for a long time before I could forgive.

    Not true.

You can make the decision to forgive and move on

Hard to listen to this after being steamrolled by one of my own hires, but I get it. And realize the fucking monster was her. But in this.. hopefully can help a few because I’m surely not alone here.
But Eventually picked myself off the floor out of the corner and out of her tangled web ..which contrary to the ending she had envisioned, took 2 years and she was eventually fired…. Now I hear people saying that I’m resilient…. Huh. Resilience does not come easily. Resilience doesn’t happen without courage.
And I can’t say which comes first … or if both are born from a fierce desire to not disappear from knowledge of self.
