The two ways I think about it are internal and external as the driver as the captain as the person with the Leverage if I care more about what my employees feelings are than my own and if I care more about what the consumer is doing versus what I'd like them to do. Deploying empathy on both sides, I become unbeatable.
I think ur right. However, people when taking over a leading position, they become bosses or leaders. That happens depending on their nature. If they are empathical, they become leaders. If they are unsensitive they become bosses. There is not right or wrong. Everybody has is own nature. So lecturing a boss that he should be more empathetic and care more about the needs of each individual would be like demanding that she/he either has to fake his/her personality and deny his/her identity.
Empathy makes you look young Gary ❤
Gary, I've spend my entire career in Fortune 100 companies, you may find that empathy often takes a back seat. The focus becomes centered on profits and job security. I speak from experience, as I was once that type of employee. I faced immense pressure closing million dollar deals, to the point where emotions were pushed aside in pursuit of career advancement. However, I eventually reached a breaking point. That's when I decided to step back away from corporate rat race, start my own business, and prioritize preserving my soul and peace of mind.
Why would want to beat you? The fact that you care more about them than yourself you setting youurseelf up for some amazing word of mouth advertising an the moost afffective. Love wins, dont sell something the customer doesnt want. Doont sell a problem, sell the solution

Empathy Elephant 🐘
Gary! You get it! You get it! You get it! ❤ I FUCKING love your spirit!
Way too many bosses/managers out their that do not employ empathy in their daily routines at all. It’s all about them and their bonuses. I hope this video inspires a few managers to stop and think about how being more empathetic to their employees can increase productivity and revenue and so many great things.
