when working locally at the beginning, would you say it’s a good idea to purchase a van or truck to distribute the product yourself rather than using a distributor? If so when and how do you know it’s time to move it out to a distributor?I’m curious to know if you think it’s worth the trouble of hiring someone in house to do it or doing it yourself to establish better relationships or it’s should it be a money thing and sent out to a distributor to reduce costs.
I don’t intend to open a brewery for at least a decade but hey, can one never start looking into it too soon! Thanks for the advice!
Great answer, once again. Thank you Gary.
