The decision you make doesn't turn out to be the right decision. I move on. How do you move on like how are you not doing i'm not over? Judging myself, i make decisions super fast because if i'm right, i'm right and if i'm wrong, who gives a i'm sitting up here as a byproduct of getting facebook, twitter youtube, instagram, snapchat linkedin right. I spent a lot of time on peach on social cam on vero.
On viddler those didn't work out when you make decisions and you don't dwell the net outpaces you're trying to be three for three. You want to be three and oh three right decisions, no wrong decisions; i'm trying to be 118 to 92. everybody's looking for perfection, because perfection is the disguise of insecurity, i'm just doing, because i'm not worried about the ramifications as long as you're not dead or out Of business, no mistake is a big deal.
People focus on what they did wrong all the time. They don't realize they need to reset and continue. You made an error? Do you have to apologize? Do you have to make reparations? If yes, do it and move on. Readjust what you need to make sure you don't do it again and do what's next.
I started a restaurant. Always wanted to. I was 21 and I didn't know what I was doing but it was pretty hilarious and fun. Also extremely painful. But people really appreciated it though. So many people wanted to help me do better. Lots of people gave me help though. After a long 9 months of basically living in a restaurant working 90 100 hours a week I started doing pretty good. I got a chef. A few great employees. It was awesome. But then the investor pulled it out from under me and I lost everything. That was truly the most painful thing I ever felt. But now I know I can start a restaurant. I had no clue I was capable. Now I have a hotdog cart and working my way up. I'll invest in it myself this time
Gary you have helped me so much in keeping my head up, I’m 20 years old and I have made many mistakes in my life, I’m just about to start exploring my options in life and everyone is pushing me to do things I don’t really want to do, but my problem is I don’t know what I want to do, I just want to be succesful and have pride in the things I’ve done. You are a big help to me and every time I see one of your videos I wanna stop dwelling in my sorrow get up and do some shit. Thank you so much I have a long way to go but everywhere I look you’re helping me along the way.
I really like the way he breaks everything down and I admire his thought process. On some things we really do think alike than others well maybe not so much but that’s OK got to say he’s got a great energy
I really like this guy and I agree with almost everything he says to an extent. When your financially comfortable you can make decisions like that and not have to dwell on the mistakes. Like when he was just starting and the wrong decision could have meant going out of business like he mentioned or taking a huge hit that makes them a little more stressful. Once you've made it to the point where he is in life you can err on the side of caution for the most part and be okay
Its great what he does however I'm sure some of you may have noticed when you got bank you dont stress as much as someone who let's say has , tons of responsibility… ie monthly Bill's, children and family to support.. I mean yea it's all great help … but just for some its outta reach
"No mistake is a big deal." That's fucking poison. Get that out of your head right now. I don't know why he said that but he's dead wrong.
You MUST take action. Everyday there are new choices with your brand. Wether they are big or small… making the choice means progressing. I love this video because he's right. All you can do is learn and let the lesson give you growth so that your next decision will have a better chance of success!
Self esteem is about how we see ourselves. The greatest tragedy is to look at the broken mirror and try to change your face based on a broken mirror
My parents saw me making super fast decisions and turned out not to be the best decisions and they had to extend a helping hand. Lately O did another "fast decision" that led me to be in a better position, albeit a risky one. But my mother still think I made a bad decision and should've stuck with what I had because it was "safer". It sucks when you try to move forward and take risk when people around you make you feel bad when you make a mistake instead of helping or even letting you move forward. I'd rather someone tell me "suck it up and move on" than "you should have done this and that it would have been better". Like, yea duh, thanks for pointing out the obvious. Hindsight is 20/20, but I need to move forward or I can't get stuff done.
You're not worried because your Daddy has always taken care of you and always will you try to make yourself out to be someone you are not you're not a self-made man
