Gary Vaynerchuk builds businesses. Fresh out of college he took his family wine business and grew it from a $3M to a $60M business in just five years. Now he runs VaynerMedia, one of the world's hottest digital agencies. Along the way he became a prolific angel investor and venture capitalist, investing in companies like Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Uber, and Birchbox before eventually co-founding VaynerRSE, a $25M angel fund.
The #AskGaryVee Show is Gary's way of providing as much value value as possible by taking your questions about social media, entrepreneurship, startups, and family businesses and giving you his answers based on a lifetime of building successful, multi-million dollar companies.
Gary is also a prolific public speaker, delivering keynotes at events like Le Web, and SXSW, which you can watch right here on this channel.

I failed at work in a big way recently. This piece, as with much of GVee’s content, is encouraging and cathartic.

Relate to this shit. Notice I put myself in situations where I can either fail or prevail. Probably a fight or flight thing. But the outcome is always greater.
I love this playlist
love it
So true Gary Vee – you've inspired me to fail stronger, fail more, and produce more. Thank you sir!
Thinking about this concept has allowed me to open myself up to the criticism of my friends and the public on social media toward my work. I've already noticed myself becoming more talkative in person as well, being an introvert, its been quite a transition.
Making a killing so far in August. So excited to continue. Everything Gary says its true and it's awesome that he gives us this kind of confidence. There are WAY more people that will say YES to you! Keep moving folks!
Gary, I would rather take out loans to have you mentor me than use it for college. Can we work something out?
My one and only fear — and it is a big one — as a single mom I am afraid to not be able to support my children. I still move forward and I still fail though — just probably not as big as I would if I wasn't a single mom or had a partner.
Awesome
Thank you Gary!
