Yeaaa I thinks it’s pretty much dead now g

SNAP is killing their shareholders. Last few earning reports were horrible. Biggest bull run in history and they are just burning through cash. =(

It was dead until a couple months ago where they decided to catch up to the features other competitors had. Most important is discoverability. Now that they've caught up, now is the war of algorithms, will they have the best discoverability algorithm or nah? If not, they'll remain good as dead. Also they haven't fully achieved their music usgae license. Snapchat is so irrelevant that they'd have to really give us value to go back there

  4. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars account 3 says:

Snapchat lost more than half of is active users with tiktok coming up Snapchat can’t simply not compete with these others big social media platforms anymore especially Instagram and Tiktok. You should invest in Tiktok instead it’s a new platform that is getting big very fast and surpassing almost every social media platforms besides a couple of ones like instagram

  5. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Smiley's Multimedia says:

If Snapchat wants to make a comeback they need to follow Instagram. In on particular way, Instagram is slowly becoming Desktop friendly, their testing out desktop uploading now. I used it the other day at it was alright, certainly more preferable than always having to use the phone.

Snapchat similarly needs to make their platform more desktop friendly for any one over the age of 25 to consider giving any time and energy to them. Especially for social media managers, Having to go to the phone to create and/or post is a major hassle.

  6. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Samiur Rahman says:

Well, it's not dead but TikTok has gained so much popularity that people doesn't care that much about Snapchat like they used to

as a consumer, a lot of my friends grew out of it (aged 21). I know a lot of people in the cities still use it as their main form of communication but I think Im out. Deleted my account a week ago and Im so glad its over.

In my opinion Snapchat was dying before Covid, and then Covid was the nail in the coffin because nothing is happening. Everything is closed, so there's nothing to snapchat. Can't even remember the last time I saw a snapchat story

  9. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars じょじょ☆♡ says:

I like Snapchat, I still have a few friends who post. It’s nice, I can post stupid things that will disappear tomorrow. Plus my friends are hilarious 😂
However I don’t trust a men who Snapchat often. Cheaters love that freaking app, it’s nasty.
